Does reporting cost extra at PMM?

Reporting is a standard part of PMM’s marketing service! We believe streamlined, transparent reporting is the best way to make informed decisions and ensure there is a return on investment for each campaign.

Can I delegate reporting to other staff members in my company?

Yes, we’ll work with you to decide not only who in your company should see reports, but also how often, and what data they can access. Your chosen employees can also be included in strategy sessions in which we go through the data and what it means.

Do you keep old reports on file?

Once we set up reporting, we are able to pull data from any time period going forward.

How often can I receive reports?

Most reports are available 24/7. We can set up reports to be emailed to you on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc), and follow up with a strategy call.

In what formats can reporting data be exported?

You will receive a link to your online dashboard, where reports can be exported in several formats, including .csv and pdf. Narrative reports will be sent to you via email, and we are always available to address any questions you may have.

Will I have access to past reports if I am no longer a client?

We will ensure the smoothest transition possible should you decide to take over your own marketing or move to another vendor. We will export all reporting data and provide it to you for your records.
